You will still have an in-person interview with Atty. Holbus. Printing out the questions and submitting written responses is not a substitute for the interview, particularly since your answers may spur several follow-up questions. These questions are provided for you solely as a preparation tool for taking notes.
Please remember to be honest when answering questions. Our legal advice to you is only as good as the integrity of the answers you give us. Try not to decide for yourself what information is relevant or speculate about mythical consequences of disclosing certain information. Withholding information because you believe that its disclosure is harmful to your case (whether real or imagined), will actually cause more harm.
Most definitions are provided for in the questions themselves. The terms "property" and "assets" extend beyond real estate to include all personal property, such as vehicles, bank accounts, life insurance policies, retirement accounts, and household goods. Please also remember to include any property that you have a partial or joint ownership interest in, or property that you have a future interest in.
