Parking & Access Information
My office is located just west of Shopko at Bay Park Square Mall, east of Target, and north of Klipstine Park. Parking, handicap access, and after-hours access are available in the rear of the building. My office is located on the lower level, and the suite entrance is labeled "Law Office of Gregory A. Holbus LLC". If your appointment is set for an evening or a weekend, there is a buzzer at the back door labeled Success Group. The door does not open remotely, so please wait momentarily for someone to open the door manually for you.
CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY
Segments of Hwy 172, including some exits, may be closed due to construction. Please check the DOT's web-site (http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/projects/wis172construction/index.htm) for updated information regarding lane and exit closures, and plan your detours accordingly. The directions below do not account for any closures.
From the South (Milwaukee / Sheboygan / Manitowoc)
Take I-43 north into Green Bay. Exit at Hwy 172 toward Austin Straubel Airport for approximately 5.5 miles. Take the Oneida St. / Ashland Ave. exit to Pilgrim Way. Turn left at Pilgrim Way and travel 0.4 miles to Oneida St. Turn right at Oneida St. and travel 0.3 miles to Willard Dr. Turn left on Willard Dr., office is located immediately on your right side.
From the South (Fond du Lac / Oshkosh / Appleton)
Take US-41 north into Green Bay. Take the Oneida St. exit and turn right onto Oneida St. Travel north for 1.3 miles to Willard Dr. Turn left on Willard Dr., office is located immediately on your right side.
From the West (Wausau / Shawano)
Take WI-29 east into Green Bay. Take US-41 southbound for 1.8 miles and exit at Lombardi Ave. Turn left (east) on Lombardi Ave. and travel 1.4 miles to Oneida St. Turn right at Oneida St. and travel 1.1 miles south to Willard Dr. Turn right at Willard Dr., office is located immediately on your right side.
From the North (Marinette / Oconto)
Take US-41 south into Green Bay. Exit and Lombardi Ave. Turn left (east) on Lombardi Ave. and travel 1.4 miles to Oneida St. Turn right at Oneida St. and travel 1.1 miles south to Willard Dr. Turn right at Willard Dr., office is located immediately on your right side.
From the North (Sturgeon Bay)
Take WI-57 southwest into Green Bay. Take I-43 southbound toward Milwaukee for approximately 5.5 miles. Exit at Hwy 172 toward Austin Straubel Airport for approximately 5.5 miles. Take the Oneida St. / Ashland Ave. exit to Pilgrim Way.
