Notice Requirements and Addressing the Correct Creditor
Attorneys Holbus and Jon A. Olson will be lecturing the Bankruptcy, Insolvency,
and Creditors' Rights Section of the Wisconsin State Bar on November 9, 2010 at the Lou
Jones Breakfast Club. The topic is designed to address issues in serving and noticing
creditors properly in a variety of scenarios, meeting the requirements set by the
bankruptcy code and bankruptcy rules, and pinning down creditors that seem to
deliberately hide themselves in complex corporate structures and other legal loopholes.
The outline can be accessed directly at http://www.holbuslaw.com/For-Clients/LJNov2010-
Lecture.shtml. Otherwise, you can visit my web-site and click on " November
2010 Lou Jones Lecture" under the Useful Information header.
The Lou Jones Breakfast Club is a monthly meeting of attorneys and other judicial
personnel to discuss current events and developments in bankruptcy and other related
areas of law, usually for one free CLE credit.
